- R1: THW require elected politicians and their families to use only services provided by the state
- R2: THW grant the Roma the right to settle in self governing autonomous communities
- R3: THBT states should grant unconditional asylum to all Syrians
- R4: TH, as Latvia, would ban Legion Day parades
- R5: THW would classify crimes directed against sub-cultures as hate crimes
- Semi: In countries where gay marriage is legal THW abolish tax exemptions and cease funding of religious organisations that refuse to conduct same sex marriage or ban homosexuals from their services
- Final: Given the consent of Ukraine's government, THBT the West should assist in maintaining peace and territorial integrity in Eastern Ukraine
